This handmade Tanjore Painting of Perumal of Srirangam temple is made with original 22 carat gold leaves and gems.
The lord is in a standing posture on a lotus peetam with his right hand blessing the devotees and the left hand holding a ‘gada’. He has a chakra in the rear right hand and a conch in his rear left hand. He is adorned with a big garland and ornaments all over him. His consorts sridevi to his right and Bhudevi to the left in a sitting posture.
