Lord Ranganathar with a divine smile on his face is in a reclining posture or ananthashayanam on the coiled five-headed serpent king, Adishesha. The 5-headed serpent stands spreading its hoods over the head of the Lord on a lotus peetam and the body of the serpent is coiled forming the bed for the Lord. Ranganathar rests his head in his right hand near the crown and his left hand is extended straight on his body. His two upper hands are holding a chakra and conch. The left leg is slightly tilted and raised while the right leg is stretched out and a lotus flower supporting his feet. A beautiful lotus flower sprouts from the navel of Vishnu with Brahma seated on the lotus in a yoga posture. Sridevi, goddess of wealth is seated by the side of Perumal near his feet with four arms. The God and Goddess are adorned with ornaments all over. This panchaloha vigraham of Maha Vishnu with Mahalakshmi and Brahma Dev is fabulously crafted with exquisite artwork by Karuppaiah Sculptures.
