Vengazham Bronze Bell

At Karuppaiah Sculptures, we are crafting a Vengazham Bronze Bell using time-honored techniques.
The process begins with creating a wax model, followed by applying layers of black soil. This is then subjected to a controlled heat process to melt the wax, preparing the mold for casting.

Similar to how we craft Panchaloha Utsava Murthis and traditional statues, this bell-making process honors ancient methods and precision. We specialize in creating bronze bells in various sizes and heights, each producing a unique, resonant sound.

The bell featured in the above pictures is 1.5 feet in height, specially made for a Perumal temple—crafted with devotion and unmatched craftsmanship.
