Domestic Shipping

Most of the customers’ orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of orders. Karuppaiah Sculptures uses the services of DHL for the shipping requirements. Sculptures and statues are shipped on all days of the week expect Sundays. The products are sent only by air.

Freight:

You can get the shipping costs by clicking the link provided below every product. This shipping calculator helps you to know the rate for your statue and for the desired destination. By entering the state and Pin code in the relevant box, it will give you a guideline on the rates applicable. The total freight depends on the weight of the product, size and package. Since the products differ in size and weight, the final weight of the material may show slight difference. Shipping rates are inclusive of packing, handling charges and insurance. In case you are unable to get the PIN for your location, you may contact us on e-mail and our people will guide you.

Delivery:

We take two to five business days to deliver your product at your place. Our shippers DHL will contact you for a time and date to ensure smooth home delivery.
Parceling and packaging: Karuppaiah Sculptures handles your material with the utmost care to make sure that it reaches your hand safe and intact. We use high quality packing materials made of wood or plastic that may vary according to the product packed. This gives complete protection to the item shipped.

Insurance and claims:

As the materials are shipped with insurance, you may kindly notify us any of damage to the material you receive. Kindly keep all the packaging materials safe as the shippers DHL may need them for inspection. This will help you for a hassle free settlement of claims. In the event of any piece arriving you in a damaged condition,

Karuppaiah Sculptures will bear the return cost of shipping. Kindly do notify us within 48 hours to make insurance formalities move smooth.

Karuppaiah Sculptures does not accept liability for materials returned without assigning proper reasons. Claims for refund will be settled within 30 days. Anyhow, 3% service charges will be collected.

Once the order is dispatched you will get a number that will help you to track the movement of the product.

Payment terms:

Karuppaiah Sculptures accepts payment through Razor-Pay. Before the product is shipped the payment formalities need to be fulfilled.

All the personal details you furnish to us is exclusively meant for the transaction behind it. Under no circumstances do we divulge the details or share them with others. We honour the trust you have reposed in us.

Orders from customers:

Karuppaiah Sculptures is an expert in all types of temple works like making silver and gold kavachams, silver utensils, ratham and vaahanam (chariot) works. We also make interior wall panels – material used: brass, copper and wood, panchalokha statues, thanjavur paintings and oil paintings as well. Customers are welcome to visit our shop and gallery for more details.

We accept and execute orders from customers for any sculptures or art items, even if they are out of stock. Similarly, orders are also executed for any existing or new items or of customers’ choice and for any number of items. Because, we make them with a team of around 20 artisans who are highly skilled in handmade art and sculpting works for over two decades. We do only handmade statues and sculptures and do not use any machines for it. We also do not do any middle man work or arrange between any two groups. We manufacture the items displayed in our showroom and on the website on our own.
