Srinivasa Perumal Silver Kavacham

We have made silver kavacham for Srinivasa Perumal in Mangalapuram, Namakkal. The Lord is standing on a lotus pedestal. His front right hand is blessing the devotees and the front left hand is kept on his hip. He has a chakra in his rear right hand and a conch in his rear left hand. The chest portion is fully designed with ornaments and jewels. Exquisite artworks can be seen in the vasthram in which flaps on the vastra are quite natural and obvious adding beauty to the kavacham. The feet of the lord are adorned with thandai and anklets and are fully handcrafted with silver artworks.

The crown: The Kreedam, and the Karnapatram adorning the ears, shows added beauty. A red stone is fixed in the centre of the kreedam and two red stones are fixed in the karnapatram. All the details in the stone murti are intricately carved on the silver kavacham by us, Karuppaiah Sculptures.
